Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

my hubsand hand worte a will a few years before he died of chf and he left everything to me all property, vehicles, oil wells, gas wells, all bank accts etc both of our names are still on the title to our home and i am just wanting my name on the title it is a manufacture home it is not a brick home but it is not moveable how do i go about doing this in louisiana do i just submit a chnge of name title to dmv or what

You have to open the succession and get a Judgment of Possession from the Court. That will put you in possession of all of the property.
