inheritance

my brother and his wife live with my father in our family home. my mother died when i was 14 and so the house is 50 percent my father's and the rest equal share between my sister, brother and I. my question is what are my brother and his wife's right to the house and how long of a notice do we have to give them to vacate.

Your father has the usufruct (use of) of the house and can allow your brother to live there. If your father wants them out then he needs to order them out.
