Did you ask "CAN land lost to delinquent taxes CANT be reclaim after 3 years" That makes no sense. The rule is....."LAND LOST TO DELINQUENT TAXES CANNOT BE RECLAIMED AFTER 3 YEARS." So if that is what you meant, then you are correct.
