lease of land
I want to lease some land to a person. If I give them a 99 yr. lease and they build a house on the land what happens to the ownership of the house after they die or the lease runs out.

The civil code addresses most of this, but you would be wise to clarify exactly what you want to happen in the lease. 99 years is a very long time; so I wonder what you're thinking of.
