Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

A lender placed a UCC filing on a property. The lender stated that lien was placed on the property after solar panels were installed. Solar panels were never installed. A new roof was installed. Is the UCC lien valid - given that the information is inaccurate?

If there's a lien on the property it's going to stay there until it's removed, whether or not it was valid from the beginning.
