Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana
I live in Rapides parish. I allowed my neighbor to keep three horses on my property about two years ago. Last year, I told them that they would need to get their horses off my property because I wanted to use it for my own needs. They had over one year to move the horses and still nothing. What can I do?

If there was a written agreement, you will have to abide by those provisions. You can file suit in justice of the peace court or small claims court to evict them from your land.
