Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

I lived with a woman for 30 years. I gave up my home and lived with her in her home. I paid my share of the bills and paid my way. I used a building on her property as my business working as a mechanic. Everything associated with that business, other than the building, belongs to me. Now that we have split, she refuses me access to the property to remove my belongings and has since begun selling them. What recourse do I have?

You will need to file a restraining order to stop her from selling your belongings and to get an order returning your belongings to you. You can file a complaint of theft at your local law enforcement office also but you'll need proof that the items sold were yours.
