Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

I have been living on my Mothers land not paying lot rent for 9 years but the first 7 years I paid taxes in the amount of $335.00 a year till the law in La. said if you live in a mobile home you don't have to pay taxes anymore. My question is after living on this lot for that long does the property automatically become mine?
