Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

hello, i am currently married with two children, and am attempting to open a business of my own. i have been married for ten years, but feel that my marriage has come to an end. within the next month i will be making financial arrangements with banks or lenders in order to get my business off the ground. is there a way to make my business completely my own? how will this work if we separate?

You do not need someone on this site to tell you what to do. Go see an attorney versed in community property law. If you and your husband are not separate in property....that is, did you and he enter into a prenuptual agreement.....then any money you or he brings in is community unless it is a gift.....and any of that money paid out is community.
