Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

Mechanical lein on my property

was just notified that a Mechanical lein will be placed on my property because the electrical contractor has not been paid. I did not contract with them, the manufactured home company did. I have paid all my obligations to the MFR home company. what are my options?

If you still owe any money to the manufacturer, do not pay it. Otherwise, you must sue the home manufacturer if they do not pay the subcontractor within a reasonable time.
