my mom died a couple of ayears ago i been paying her mortage every since my brothers and sisters say i can have the house since i have been keeping it up so how can i get it in my name

Unfortunately you will have to file a succession. Your mother's property will be inherited by you and your siblings and if only the house is the property, then they can renounce the succession in your favor. If there is more property, then you can all be placed in possession and they can then donate the property to you. Be careful. If you mother had a lot of debts, then they attach to her property and if you accept her assets, you accept her debts as well. You need an attorney.
