Offer to Purchase Real Estate

I need to know if I am owed my deposit back from a contract to purchase a home. The offer was conditional upon one of the terms that I would be able to obtain a mortgage for the sales amount. I was conditionally approved but not able to meet all the conditions. Therefor unable to obtain the loan. Do I deserve my deposit back?

If you made good faith efforts to get the loan and you couldn't, then you deserve your deposit back. This is a fact question and you may need a lawyer involved to push for your rights.
