my ex-boyfriend's name is on my papers for my property i purchased. we are no longer together it's been over 10 yrs. I filed bankruptcy with the property included and paid it in full by myself. Now i want to use the property fro collateral and i know i will run into some problems being that his name is listed . is there something i can do to have this resolved?

If he will not agree to transfer it to you, then sue him for the value of his 1/2.
