Property deeds and siblings

What can I do in the case where my parents and myself purchase property and they both are deceased and my siblings are not cooperating to get some repairs dones because they feel they have rights to said property

I hope I understand the question. If they feel they have rights to the property, why won't they help repair it? And if they don't have rights in the property, why would you want them to help with the repairs? I assume the parents did not leave a will so that you own whatever interest you bought and the parents own whatever the remaining interest is, and that interest gets split equally amoung you and your siblings. So it appears they do have an interest, and if they choose, they can force the sale of the house.
