Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

Property

My mother died and my brother is living in the house, which he is letting the house go down, no light, water, or gas. Its three more children invoved, but we don't know how to get him out of there. He have made the house out of a drug house, what can we do to remove him from the house.

You will need to file eviction proceedings. Contact your local Justice of the Peace about how to do so in your parish.
