My ex an I have been divorced for 5 yrs, he filed for bankruptcy on house ane other debt during divorce, he is out of bankruptcy and still lives in house that is in both our names what are my rights to house or part of house

If bought during the marriage, then you own 1/2 subject to certain credits. You need to file to partition the community.
