Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

I purchased an older mobile home from an owner that was to be moved. The problem is that the mobile home can not be moved due to previous damage from the owner. I cannot get in contact with the previous owner now! How do I get my money back or what are my options?

You will have to file suit afainst the seller.
