Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

purchasing

my daughter signed closing papers on Wed.Sept.3. On the Friday seller stripped home of mirrors in bath, took swing that was attached to porch and has taken the only heating system out(she previously said that it was to stay), then gave my daughter the key.Can she back out of purchasing this property? Thank You!

From your very brief inquiry, it sounds like she could at least adjust the price for the "heating system." It is hard for me to understand a "heating system" in Louisiana, but if you are saying a portable heater, then maybe not. The swing will probably not affect the sale, and the mirrors should have been mentioned in the deed.....the "heating system" as well.
