Real Estate Sale /Power of Attorney

My friends asked me to have PoA for the sale of their past home in the city i live. They now live in two states wife in MS and husband in SC. Does anything special have to be done for this to be accomplished long distance. how to do paperwork?

Since the POA has to be done long distance, what is the problem with the sale paperwork being done long distance? You will be letting yourself in for aggravation doing that long distance. Let them do it. If you must do it long distance, then they should have the POA's done and send it for you to accept in front of a notary. Again, why let yourself in for that? And if something happens and one of the sellers or the buyers are mad, or some other screw up, then you have to worry.
