robbery by reletives in another state

i moved in with cousin 2 weeks ago, moved all my belongings into house in ark, i moved from la. cousin stole my black box with papers, perscriptions, and 3500.00in 100.00 dollar bills and refused to let my get my belongings from house, i called 911 who never responded,i am back in la. with nothing, can i file charges from here?

You report the crime where it occurred. That is also where you have to file a civil suit or seek an order to get your property.
