My sister and I own two properties 50/50 and she is not paying any money towards taxes and repairs - what can I do

There are many things you can do depending on the circumstances - are these rental properties? If so, perhpas one solution would be to form an LLC and transfer the property to the LLC, and account for the taxes and expenses within the LLC
