Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

i sold my house to my daughter and we made a loan contract

for that and after 3 mouths she suppose to paid me in full

but she never did ,we are now in the 6 st mouths and she haven t

paid me so what can i do to get my house back or i have to take her

to the court for that .

You will have to file a foreclosure proceeding against her.
