Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

I sold a house trailer 11 months ago and asked the buyer repeatedly to move this trailer ( in excess of 20 times). A storm has damaged this trailer. Can I demolish it and haul it away?

You do not own it. You will have to file against the owner and have him ordered to move it or it becomes your property.
