Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

Look at the restrictive covenant documents. If what was done is in accord with the covenant documents, then there is probably nothing you can do. And, I NEVER counsel people to own the MOST EXPENSIVE house even though they can brag about it being the best IN THAT SUBDIVISION, because all other values are decided by that property.....I counsel them to own the LEAST EXPENSIVE piece because theirs immediately becomes worth more everytime another home is built.....
