Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

Do I have to supply my personal homeowners insurance information to my Homeowners Association? I life in a condo. They want all the info from who to his cell phone number.

That depends on what the land covenants state. If they require you to do so, you probably have to do it.

Experience tells me that fights against homeowners associations are usually protracted and expensive. Unless you are ready to fight, the best advice with regards to homeowners associations is to take the path of least resistance. And, if you don't like how they are doing things, get involved and run for office within the association.
