Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana
Is it trespassing...
I'm having work done on my property and a neighbor continues to question my workers about the process. I'm paying them an hourly rate. Is it trespassing for the neighbor to be on m y property bothering my workers. What can I do about it? What if he gets hurt - am I responsible?

Why don't you politely ask him to direct all inquiries to you? I am amazed at how often neighbors simply do not talk to each other and resort to asking lawyers these type of questions. If you would sit down and have a beer with your neighbor so much of your life would be made easier.
