Tricked into signing?

My aunt and uncle had some land that was signed over to myself when I was born. My uncle wanted a lot out of the 5 that were in my name back, and so I agreed to sign it over to him for a set amount. He agreed. We went to a lawyer in town who does paperwork for my aunt and uncle and I was under the impresion the entire time that I was signing this one lot to him. This is what my uncle, my aunt, and even the lawyer told me. Well, I have come discover that I actually signed over four lots instead of the one that was agreed upon. This doesn't seem right as I was not given the papers, and not even the lawyer pointed out what was in the paperwork, instead actually giving false information as to what I was signing.

Any advice would be appreciated on what I could do about this.

If indeed you have been tricked into signing the papers then my advice is to contact an attorney ASAP and get this situation corrected quickly. First you should have retained an attorney (0ther than relying on your Aunt/Uncle's attorney) separately. In the future always get your own attorney to protect yourself from situations just like this.

Second, Fraud in Louisiana allows for the recovery of your attorney's fees (which is an incentive for an Attorney in Louisiana to handle your case). If the attorney was knowingly involved in the participation of fraud in this case you also have a claim against him/her.

It sounds though like you have a good recourse in this situation and should be able to fix your problem fairly quickly.
