Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

I had a uncle pass away and no will was found or it was destoyed.All other brothers and parents no longer live and he had no children.Four brothers had kids and one of the heirs has a larger portion of a 1/4 of land.He has allowed without our consent to let someone stay on the property and tells us we can't tell them to leave.The land is still in dead uncles name

First, you need to have the succession opened and get a Judgment of Possession. That being said, you need 100% consent from ALL the co-owners (heirs) for anyone to lease the property. Once you open the succession, you can evict the tenant.
