how much control does a person with usufruct have. Can this person sell property? Property is 1/2 owned by children and 1/2 owned by widow. Widow has usufruct, what are her limits.

It depends on whether the usufruct includes power to dispose of nonconsumables, which would allow the widow to sell the property without the signatures of the children. You would need to take look at the will or Judgment of Possession to see if it gives her the power to dispose of nonconsumables.
