Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Louisiana
My girlfriend has been groped 3 times at work. The 3rd time it happen her supervisor was present in the same room witnessing what happened. He in turn reported it to his supervisor. She was informed that his days are numbered, but did not address what she is going through. She loves working there, but may quit bc she feels so uncomfortable working with this guy. What can she do?
