inappropiatly touched by a supervisor

Can I still file a suit if i was grabbed by a supervisor but I no longer work for the company? I was basically forced to quit due to the company would not move me anywhere, they tried to keep me under this guys direct supervision after I had complained and had witnessed to the incident. The office did nothing about it. When I tried to transfor they said they had no where to put me

The fact that you quit the company has no effect on your case. However, you do have strict deadlines for filing your claim with the EEOC. You should act quickly to preserve your claim, if it is not too late already.
