Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Louisiana

I am a loss prevention associate working for a major corporation. My manager confided in me that the store manager was asking for sexual favors she oelt like she had to comply in order to keep her job. This went on for a couple of months then she told him she was going to report him. He then started acting inappriately in front of me and other associate s.my manager always had me work with her so she will not be alone. I also was in fear of my job because I knew some of the detsis.f I am afraid of being alone with the store manager. I also feel sorry for my manager.

That manager should be put behind bars and terminated. Both of you should act now before this guy will twist the facts. Your co-employee can file a criminal complaint for violations of the sexual harassment act and RA 9262. The acts constitute a psychological violence under RA 9262. Better report him to the management so he can get a medicine of his own dose.Be sure that you can prove your claim against this manager.
