Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Louisiana

My niece was working for an independently owned hotel chain as a night clerk/auditor until 2 days ago. Her boss, also the owner, came into her office and made sexual advances and made it clear it was a condition for retaining her job. As her office was a secure area there were no cameras etc.,but to make a long story short she told him in no uncertain terms to go see his wife, she was not interested. The hotel has only been opened a year and there has been 3 or 4 girls in this position, they have all quit so my instincts tell me this is repetitive behavior. She contacted the labor board and filed a complaint. Is there any thing else she can do?

I would discuss this with an attorney. She should mention about the other girls.

If the boss has a supervisor in the company she should advise that person of her problem.
