Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Louisiana

I woke up to a roommate picking my leg up off of my fiancee while we were sleeping naked. I had him move out . This happened about six or seven months ago. Is there anything illeagle about this. And if so can i still act on it ?

He committed a simple battery on your finacee. That would be something for her to bring against him. It is a misdemeanor, and probably not worth the aggravation.
