Legal Question in Social Security Law in Louisiana
I applied for disability in 2006 and have been appealing since, I just havent recieved a fair trial and ive had 2. im just at my witts end. I know people that have recently gotten approved and they only have one of the issues that i have. Whats wrong with this picture. So im fed up with the appeals and the unfavorable decisions. So my question is can i sue, who do i sue, and what type of lawyer do i need

If this is social security disability, you need a social security disability attorney. You are often turned down multiple times in these cases.
