Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
My 19 year old daughter just rear ended someone. The police officer told me there was minimal damage to both vehicles. The other driver felt that he needed to get his neck checked out which i whole heartedly agree with. My question is my daughter is on my insurance policy and driving my vehicle. While I could care less if they go after my insurance company can he sue me with her being over 18.

Since you are the car's owner there is a remote chance of him suing you. He is not severely injured probably. He might have a soft tissue injury to his neck. Your insurance will probably settle with him.
