Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
Company Vehicle Ticket
I got a ticket in 2005 for an invalid vehicle registration, in a company vehicle, I informed the company of my problem the same day. The company told me they would take care of it. The company is liable for this ticket. Years later, my licence is suspended and i have warrants, and i havent been able to work for months now, because of my licence status. What should i do?

Contact the court and prosecutor for that jurisdiction and explain your situation. I don't know how sympathetic they will be but they are the only people with the power to clear this up.
