Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
I've been going to court sence 2020 for driving under suspension and speeding is there a statute of limitations on this

The statute of limitations (we call it prescription in Louisiana) only applies to hour long the state has to begin prosecution.

Many of the limitations on beginning a prosecution and on bringing a matter to trial have been modified because of COVID and hurricanes. That said, these traffic code offenses are misdemeanors and the time limitations are not long, I suggest you consult with a lawyer to look into the causes of the delays.
