Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
Can we demand that someone get three estimates for a scratch on a fender? We recently gave the owners a check (made out to the auto repair shop) for $730. They refused the check and now want it made out to them.

It is their car. They can do what they want with the money. That is why you get insurance, turn it over to them.
