driver hits pedistrian accident
if a driver hits a pedistrian trying to avoid an accident on highway and the pedistrian was on highway trying to cross traffic and the pedistrian is injured and in the hospital is the driver responsible? what could happen?

There are far too many possibilities for an easy answer. Get a copy of the accident report and consult with an attorney.
