Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
I was driving my ex girlfriends car and I got a ticket for failed inspection sticker and she was in it. The car is in her name and so was the insurance. She told me she was gonna pay it and so I disregared the ticket well a month later and we break up. Well its been over a year and now the ticket is four hundred and I have a bench warrent. Would I be able to take her to court and pay for it?
