Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana

i was due to court for a D.U.S. charge on the 18th of april i mistook the date for may as of just recently i am due for court on the 16th for a desturbing the peace charge tomorrow i have my dl and payed all my tickets but will i still go to jail for failure to appear?????

As doing as you were aware that you missed the court date you should contact the court and the DAs office so they can recall the warrant they issued for you when you missed court. What is much worse than the contempt is that they have probably suspended your license again for missing court.
