Re: Who's liable for car damages created by a company's driver?

In my opinion, the bridal party is not liable to the driver or the limo company for the tire and wheel. Paying for blowouts is part of the cost of doing business as a limo company. The driver is the ultimate decision maker of where and how he parks and he cannot hold the customer liable for his poor driving and parking decisions. The driver and the owner of the car are responsible for the repair costs.
