Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
Parking Ticket
I am a student at a local University and was issued a ticket in a lot where students pay to park. I paid like everyone else yet I still recieved a ticket. There were no ''no parking signs'' where I parked nor were there any barricades to stop me from parking where I park. The problem is the University parking and transit office has the ability to stop me from graduating if I dont pay the tickets. I feel this is an unjust ticket and have filed for an appeal and the appeal was deinied. Any advice??

Re: Parking Ticket
Pay the ticket. You would be long over your feeling of injustice by the time you got the matter to even a preliminary hearing and it is not worth hiring an attorney for. It is not worth the time or money you would have to spend to fight it.
