Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
i received a citation for careless opearation of a vehicle, because the vehichle b4 me suddenly stopped after the green light in the middle lane and i rear ended him, he said he could not see around the bus in the right lane and i could not swerve to avoid hitting him because two cars were in the left lane. how should i procede in court, because i will fight it

You should hire an attorney. You're going in with a lot against you already. Under Louisiana law, if you strike another vehicle from the rear, it is presumed that the accident was your fault. You have to prove that the accident was not your fault, which is not easy to do. You do have options, but you will need to retain a lawyer.
