Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
I just recieved an official notice from Traffic Court of New Orleans for a violation on 07/17/2001. I don't remember getting anything back then, and I've even had a thorough background/criminal check done by both the US Army and FBI. Nothing of this showed up, but others did. What is the best thing for me to do. They are stating that I'm in contempt, but never have recieved anything before this.

Show up, clearly you have been easy to locate for the. Bring utility bills and other proof that you have been nearby all this time. 11 years is a long time.
