Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
We saw a situation where a passenger in a cab opened up the door on the traffic side at an airport and a few seconds later a bus knocked into the door. The bus was not driving in its lane and was extremely close to the cab, but the passenger possibly didn't look to see if there was a bus there and it was on the traffic side not the curb side. Who would be liable, the cab driver, passenger, or bus driver?
