Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
speeding ticket 75 in 60 zone
I got a speeding ticket for doing 75 in a 60 mile per hour zone. But the ticket has LA instead of having NC for my license, and it also has Class E instead of Class C that my license is at. Is it possible for it to be dropped or reduced down?

You may have good grounds to fight the ticket. I would suggest getting an attorney in your area that handles traffic tickets. It will cost you some money, but the money you save in insurance premiums and fines will likely be more than what you spend.
