You have to pay all of the outstanding citations and then pay the DPS reinstatement fees and then your license will not be suspended. Each time you enter a plea to a suspended license, your license will be suspended an additional year. You should negotiate a lesser charge prior to pleading showing the court or prosecutor your efforts to regain your license.
