If i did not blow in the machine for a DWI and i go to court and be found not guilty is my license still going to be suspended?

Yes. The administrative suspension is separate from the criminal proceedings. If you did not blow, your license was suspended automatically.

You have 15 days from the date of arrest to request an administrative appeal of the suspension. If you do not request that appeal within 15 days, the suspension will not be lifted.
